Concretely
The concept behind the different modules is to always bring reflection and theoretical knowledge based on research, especially sociological but also philosophical and historical. But it is essential that these intellectual insights are accompanied by practical realizations and concrete changes in your daily life. This is why in our modules you will have access to, among other things, exercises on language, how to better observe and communicate your emotions, develop healthy relationships with women, also with men, and ultimately with all individuals.
Oppressions, privileges et identity
It is important to distinguish between two elements in the concept of domination; the systemic aspect and the individual aspect, although obviously the two are linked. Let me explain, we have to accept that we live in a sexist society where men have dominated and oppressed women for thousands of years. As a result, we have integrated certain sexist behaviors and attitudes, which are present in all of us, including myself, of course. The purpose of these words is not to bring guilt but responsibility, we did not choose to be born male but that gives us the duty to change our oppressive behaviour for others.
Patriarchy is also a source of oppression for men, as we are socialised, formatted to have certain behaviours or ways of thinking. I have already given some examples on the homepage, we could add the fact that we feel responsible for providing financial security to our family. Or that we need to be 'strong' and hide our vulnerability.
In our experience, we have observed that there can be confusion about one's gender identity, especially in adolescence, although this can start earlier but also manifest itself later. We can accompany all male persons in this situation and give them the keys to define an identity that suits them.

Focus on observing one’s emotions, thoughts, behaviours, habits.
RELATIONSHIPS
Focus on the impact of gender roles in your relationship and how to help evolving your relationship into more listening and understanding of each other.
POLYAMOUR
Focus on open or polyamourous relationships
MEN’S FRIENDSHIPS
Focus on the importance of men’s friendships and how to build and develop them.
COMMUNICATION
Focus on verbal and non verbal communication with women
PARENTALITE
Introduction module on parenthood, its contributions and limits.
LANGUAGE
Focus on the importance of language as a form of domination and inclusivity.
GENDER IDENTITY
Focus on your gender identity questionning as being part of your construction as an individual.
Prices
We propose différent packages:
- the standard pack corresponds to 5 hours, these hours can be spread over a single module or over several depending on your needs, for a price of CHF 500 inclusive of tax
- the premium pack corresponds to 10 hours, these hours can be spread over a single module or over several depending on your needs, for a price of CHF 900 inclusive of tax.
You can also choose a pack of less than 5 hours, however, we do not recommend this as we do not believe that this is sufficient to clarify and build the process of transformation to be undertaken.
